Investment Structure & Performance Compensation

The commercial structure is divided into two components: fixed operational costs and performance-based compensation.

1. Fixed Costs (Infrastructure)

Monthly fee covering development, API usage, server infrastructure, and ongoing system maintenance. Invoiced at the start of each month.

2. Performance Share

Percentage of sales above the baseline threshold. Calculated monthly based on actual closed sales from the previous month. Paid by the 15th.

Baseline Protection: First $35,000 in annual sales = 0% fee. Performance share applies only to revenue above this threshold.
