Building the
Growth Engine
From a one-time project to a long-term asset.
A strategy to dominate the Wallpaper category.
The Pivot
Mark, you asked for a long-term partnership. I took that seriously.
A simple "update" of 12,000 listings is good, but it's not enough to dominate the market. Listings decay. Algorithms change.
What Changed:
I have expanded the project scope. I am no longer just delivering "listings." I am taking responsibility for the entire Organic Performance Cycle:
- Creation: Building the listings.
- Analytics: Monitoring their performance weekly.
- Optimization: Updating the bottom 1,000 performers every month.
The 2-Year Roadmap
We are treating your catalog like a real estate asset. First we renovate it, then we manage it for profit.
Phase 1: The Renovation (Months 1-5)
We treat this phase as a capital improvement project.
- Months 1-3 (Infrastructure): Onboarding, connecting APIs, and building the "AI Brain" for your catalog.
- Months 4-5 (Execution): Intense period of updating and rewriting the catalog to get everything live.
Phase 2: Active Management (Month 6+)
Once the listings are live, we switch to "Maintenance Mode". This covers:
- Continuous Updates: Refreshing 1,000 listings every week to keep content fresh.
- System Uptime: Maintaining the API, reporting dashboards, and analytics servers.
Why this works for you:
You don't just pay for "effort." You pay a fixed cost to build the machine, and then a small fee to keep it running. The big money comes only when the system works.
The Renovation
Months 1-5
- Mo 1-3: Infrastructure & Onboarding.
- Mo 4-5: Intensive Content Overhaul.
The Management
Month 6 - Forever
We keep the system running, the API connected, and the data flowing. Includes updating 1,000 listings every week to keep you ahead of the market.
The Scope
Precision is key to performance.
To ensure we deliver the projected growth, my role is strictly focused on the Digital Content & Search Performance of these assets.
My Responsibility (Included):
- âCopywriting & SEO: Titles, Bullets, Descriptions, Backend Keywords.
- âSearch Visibility: Monitoring and improving keyword ranking.
- âConversion Content: A/B testing text to increase sales.
âšī¸Operational Boundary
I focus purely on the "Virtual Shelf." Tasks like Inventory Management, Logistics, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Service remain with your operations team. I drive the traffic; you fulfill the orders.
I ensure your products look perfect and rank high.
The Unfair Advantage
Why has nobody solved this problem before? Because it's too big for humans.
The wallpaper category has a "Curse": 12,000 SKUs. To manage this manually, you would need an army. That's why your competitors (and your current catalog) are stuck. They pick 20 winners and ignore the rest.
We Changed the Equation:
I am not offering you "hours of work." I am offering you a system that replicates the output of a full-time marketing team.
To achieve 1,000 updates/month.
Same output. Higher accuracy. Zero management headache for you.

Mutual Trust & Control
I am investing my time and technology because I believe we will succeed. You are never locked into a long-term contract. You approve the budget month-to-month.
My goal is to become such a valuable competitive advantage that stopping would be the last thing you'd want to do.
Let's Build The Asset
We can leave the 12,000 SKUs invisible in the "Excel Graveyard."
OR
We can turn them into a living, breathing digital store.
Confirm the project start to ensure we launch updates in time for the Spring high season.
